UNBROKEN MEDIA LLC

Direct Service Terms

For direct services agreed through an accepted written quote.

These terms apply to direct service work when this version is included in an accepted written quote. They do not change existing agreements or the rules of platforms through which work is arranged. Digital-product purchases remain subject to their checkout terms.

Agreement and scope

Your written quote identifies the service, deliverables, final price and currency, dates and time zone, customer responsibilities, payment schedule, revision limits, completion criteria and this terms version. Starting prices are not a promise that every project can be accepted at that price. Amounts are USD unless the accepted quote expressly states otherwise.

Please accept the quote and attached terms explicitly in writing. An inquiry, sent quote, invoice or pending payment does not confirm booking. We confirm the engagement separately after scope, scheduling, access and required payment conditions are satisfied.

UNBROKEN Community Care — $150 USD introductory pilot

For new Community Care pilot agreements using this version, the agreed price covers one community or agreed area. The pilot includes member welcomes, routine support, natural comment engagement and moderation under the agreed community rules.

The pilot includes:

The total scope is up to six hours, including onboarding and reporting.

Your accepted written quote identifies the five scheduled service days, the two check-in windows for each service day, time zone, expected activity volume, moderation authority, required access and designated escalation contact. Scope, schedule and payment terms must be agreed before work begins.

This is scheduled support within the agreed check-in windows. There is no continuous or emergency coverage and no guaranteed community growth.

The existing general payment, cancellation and customer-rights provisions continue to apply. This section does not change previously accepted agreements.

Live-event chat moderation — $75 introductory pilot

For new pilot agreements using this version, the agreed price covers up to 60 minutes of dedicated chat moderation on one agreed platform and up to 30 minutes of preparation. Your quote identifies the exact event window, time zone, expected chat volume, supplied rules, moderation authority, agreed scorekeeping or participation duties, and designated escalation contact. Technical questions and disputed decisions go to that contact. Additional time, platforms or duties require a separately accepted change. Full agreed payment is due before the event at the specific date, time and time zone in your accepted quote. Provide event details, rules and authorized platform-role access by the agreed deadline; do not send passwords or verification codes. Coverage stays within the accepted event window if the event starts late unless an extension is agreed. Existing cancellation, rescheduling and customer-rights provisions continue to apply. There is no unlimited moderation, emergency/on-call coverage or guarantee of audience, attendance or business results. This revision does not change previously accepted agreements.

Airtable Client Follow-Up Setup — starting at $250

50% of the agreed total is due before work begins and 50% at the accepted completion milestone. If the final total is $250, the amounts are $125 and $125. The advance is credited toward the total and is not automatically nonrefundable.

The quote defines the workflow, configuration, walkthrough and objective completion criteria. It also identifies dependencies on your Airtable plan and timely customer inputs. We agree a revised schedule if a required walkthrough or input is delayed; we do not silently accelerate payment or treat silence as acceptance.

One consolidated revision within the approved scope is included. The quote defines the request/review window and the revision boundaries before acceptance. Payment of the balance does not remove this entitlement. Corrections needed to satisfy the original agreed deliverables are not automatically paid extras.

Software subscriptions and third-party charges are separate, identified in advance and require approval. Complex integrations, custom development, unrelated workflows, ongoing maintenance and unlimited support are excluded unless expressly quoted.

Custom Business Support — Request a Quote

Each accepted quote defines deliverables, objective milestones, amounts, due points, timeline, revision limits and handoff/support boundaries. Milestone amounts sum to the total. Any advance is credited toward that total. No recurring charge, unlimited revisions or ongoing support is implied.

Payment and invoices

For an accepted direct-service engagement, the intended payment route is an invoice from our existing Stripe account with a hosted payment-page link. Advance and completion payments are separately labeled and reference the same accepted quote. We do not invoice the entire contract total twice. No automatic charge to a saved payment method is authorized by these terms.

Each invoice identifies the service or milestone, amount, currency and accepted due date. Any tax or separately approved third-party cost must be determined and disclosed before acceptance. No hidden card surcharge, late fee, interest or collection penalty is introduced. Processor fees are not automatically added to your bill or deducted from an approved refund.

If required payment is not received, we review the schedule with you before proceeding. A pending or failed payment is not a verified payment and does not confirm booking or a work start.

For direct services, a manual payment receipt is sent only after successful payment, the correct customer and amount, and existing receipt history are verified. Payhip digital-product receipts and delivery remain separate. Payment, invoice and refund communications describe the actual status; provider or bank posting time is not guaranteed.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Request cancellation or changes by replying to your project email or contacting JohnnieEllison@unbrokenmediahq.com, identifying the project. We review work delivered, remaining obligations, approved costs and applicable customer rights before confirming the outcome.

Before work begins: payments for unperformed work are refundable. Any separately authorized, genuinely nonrecoverable third-party cost must be identified and reviewed against the accepted quote and applicable rights before a deduction. There is no blanket nonrefundable deposit or automatic cancellation charge.

After work begins: we provide an itemized account of agreed work actually completed and separately approved costs. A refund or remaining balance reflects those items and applicable rights. Retained payments are credited against the agreed price. Unperformed work is not treated as earned solely because time was reserved, and disputed or deficient work is reviewed rather than automatically deemed complete.

Live event rescheduling: request changes as early as possible. One reschedule without an administrative fee is available, subject to availability, unchanged scope and the reasonable notice requirement disclosed in your written quote before booking. The specific notice requirement must be approved by UNBROKEN and accepted by you in writing; this page sets no universal deadline. If an alternative date is unavailable, review cancellation and a refund for unused work; store credit is not mandatory. Further requests require review without an assumed fee. Separately agreed preparation must be identified and credited toward the total.

Late starts, access problems or missed deadlines: we document the issue and discuss a reasonable revised schedule or next step. These issues do not automatically create extra hours, forfeiture or a new charge. If work cannot proceed, review what was actually delivered and any refundable unused amount.

If UNBROKEN cannot deliver: we offer a mutually agreed reschedule or refund for affected undelivered work. Where delivered work does not meet the accepted scope, review an appropriate correction, replacement or refund. A lack of guaranteed business outcomes does not excuse failure to deliver agreed work.

Refund processing

We confirm the approved refund amount and decision in writing and initiate it promptly through the original payment processor/method where supported, subject to applicable requirements. Provider and bank processing times vary; we do not promise a particular posting date. A pending refund is not a completed refund. Do not send card or bank details by ordinary email.

Changes and customer rights

Additional deliverables, platforms, duration, integrations or out-of-scope revisions require an accepted written change to price and schedule before extra work or charges. Corrections within the original promise are not automatically scope expansion.

These terms do not waive mandatory customer rights or prevent use of payment-provider dispute channels. Applicable rights and provider requirements take priority over any inconsistent clause.
